| The KJ Rollers crew skates in
Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya (duh!) Most of us are originally from Kelana
Jaya area evers since we were born. The original crew started around
mid-1996 and members were Naz, Sukeats, Weiyeng, Ami and his bro Is.
After a year later, other KJ resident skaters joined the crew. They were
Azmir, Rizman, Soorian, Sanjeet, Nizam and Willie. Later on, Prathaban
joined the crew months later.
Few years after, the whole crew made KJ a proud town. The crew brought up its name around with their progressive skating and they all proud to live by the KJ Rollers crew name. Hotshots were Weiyeng, Azmir, Ami and to name a few. Time goes by, some crew members stopped skating and started to do other 'cool' shit. The crew list was left with Naz, Sukeats, Weiyeng, Sanjeet, Prathaban, Ami, Is and occasionally Azmir and Willie.
- Putra, B-Clan - Sunnyday - Kiara - Occasionally, other crews come and skated with the KJ crew. They were B-Clan, BSC Crew, Subang Crew, TTDI Crew, Kajang Crew and others that I don't remember where they're from. KJ became a hot skating spot when more and more skaters came and skated. Right now, the KJ Rollers crew list is Naz (recently moved to Shah Alam), Sukeats, Weiyeng, Prathaban, Bushman, Ami, Is, Sanjeet (recently re-appeared), Frasier and Nizam. If there's anyone I missed, sorry. Joining and skating with the KJ crew are B-Clan: Yura, Putra, Sadeq and other Bruneians; Subang Crew: Jon, Eugene, Ezra, Tauke M, Twins(recently moved back to Miri, Sarawak) and others; Ampang Crew, Kajang crew, BSC Crew and other respected skaters crew. |
LRT Putra :
Stop at Taman Bahagia station. Take the Putra Feeder bus; to KJ park, take 902 FB2 to MPPJ Stadium; to KJ Bank and KJ Hump, take 902 FB1. Bus : From KL / AsiaJaya, take Intrakota 33 buses to Kelana Jaya. These buses will pass by all KJ skate spots.
